WAVERLEY DISTRICT TENNIS ASSOCIATION (WDTA)
The 5D Coaching Team select Junior competition teams to represent Legend Park Tennis Club, and are also present on weekends to view matches of players that attend weekly coaching at Legend Park.To have your club coaches present at weekend competition is rare at many clubs in the area, and is our major advantage at Legend Park.
Senior Competition is also available representing Legend Park TC.
WHEN CAN I PLAY JUNIOR COMPETITION?
Junior Competition runs through-out the entire year, both summer and winter seasons (with breaks over school holiday periods and public holiday long weekends). Each season runs for 14 rounds.
Saturday Morning competition - 8:15pm start time (concludes no later than 12:15pm)
Sunday Morning competition - 8:30am start time (concludes no later than 12:30pm)

DO I NEED TO BE A CLUB MEMBER TO JOIN A TEAM?
Yes, to join a Junior or Senior team and represent Legend Park TC, the player is required to become a club member, this is separate to any coaching fees.

WHAT IS THE JUNIOR COMPETITION MATCH FORMAT?
Grading levels in Junior competition range from A - D (entry level). Both doubles and singles are included in Waverley District competition. There are some differences depending on the Grade level and team format, further information can be supplied from the coaching team upon request.
WHAT IS THE SENIOR COMPETITION MATCH FORMAT?
There are a range of formats available in Senior competition, including singles + doubles; doubles only etc. Please direct your specific interest via the form below.
