No Need To Travel To Tennis - We Come To You!

The ‘5th Dimension Tennis’ Hot Shots program currently visits the below locations during each school term. Hot Shots (as advertised at the Australian Open Grand Slam) are the coaching team’s most popular program, fully endorsed and supported by Tennis Australia.

ANZ Tennis Hot Shots (ANZTHS) is just for kids. Smaller courts, lighter racquets and low-compression balls that don’t bounce too high make learning tennis fun and easy for primary school-aged children. This means that kids are able to start rallying and having fun right from their first lesson!

There are three stages – Red, Orange and Green – that help to develop children’s skills and confidence.

The Tennis in Schools program is designed for 5-10 year olds, using a modified system of equipment and balls, essential for the development of technique, rallying, fundamental motor skills, and of course playing the game.  Under this modified system children learn to hit, move, rally and score!

We are a certified Tennis Australia Hot Shots Coaching Provider, which is an essential requirement for Primary schools looking to link with qualified tennis coaches.

All our coaching staff need is a flat surface to run the Hot Shots tennis program at your school. We provide all equipment for your students!

The focus of this program is to create partnerships that will ensure a pathway for all children in your school to experience tennis as part of the school curriculum (e.g. PE classes with our assistance, Gala Days, Before School Coaching) with 5th Dimension Tennis.

This pathway is vital so children and parents can see how they can get involved in tennis at the local community level after a quality first experience at their school.  Regardless of age, gender or skill level, tennis is a sport that can be enjoyed by all. Tennis helps develop students’ fundamental motor skills and is fun for both the teacher and students.
